As a result of growing up in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Chelsea brings her deep-rooted connection to the Lowcountry to her role as a local expert in Charleston, South Carolina. Since relocating to Charleston in 2007 to attend The College of Charleston, she has honed her expertise in the local area and its vibrant surroundings.

Prior to co-founding Heidt Real Estate, Chelsea accrued a decade of experience in the service industry. With a strong foundation in customer service, she approaches every transaction with authenticity and empathy while simultaneously employing shrewd negotiation skills, advocating tirelessly for her clients to maximize their financial returns.
